Don Middlebrook and Living Soul are a Michigan based band that has toured nationally for the last ten years. Their Carribean soul has always drawn parallels to Jimmy Buffett. In an ironic twist Greg “Fingers” Taylor, Jimmy Buffett’s harmonica player of 26 years and the first memeber of the famous Coral Reefer Band, moved to Michigan and began recording and touring with Living Soul. Middlebrook’s song writing is reniniscent of ’70’s artists such as James Taylor, Jackson Brown, Van Morrison, and Buffett.
